Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 just got official mod tools – and the engine internals exposed are deeper than expected.

Warhorse shipped a CryEngine-based modding suite with full access to character behavior trees, faction logic, and the dialogue system. The most ambitious community projects already have multi-month roadmaps.

What this enables

Total conversions, faction overhauls, alternate-history scenarios, expanded combat systems. The CryEngine base means the bar to entry is high but the ceiling is enormous.
